APL 2018 – Afghanistan Premier League 2018 Schedule and Squads
First time in the history of Afghanistan Cricket Board. They are announced their own premier league name Afghanistan Premier League (APL) T20.
This is the first edition of APL T20 2018. ABC (Afghanistan Cricket Board) announced five teams for the participating in this event. The event will start from 5 Oct 2018.
All matches of this event will be played in Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Sharjah UAE.
Afghanistan Cricket Board Chairman Shukrullah Atif Mashal said more than 40 overseas cricketers have expressed interest in playing in the APL T20.
ACB Chief Executive Officer Shafiqullah Asamat Stanikzai said cricket is not just a sport in Afghanistan."It has been a unifying tool, contributing to peace, development and stability in the country. It will open the doors for youngsters inside the country and around the globe. The Board aims to make APL T20 to be among the world's top three leagues."
Total 23 matches will be played all 5 team facing matches against 4 teams of this event. The final match of this event will be played 23 Oct 2018. In Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Sharjah UAE.
APL T20 2018 Schedule Timetable & Squad is already announced. Every team has 13 players in the many national and international more youngest get a chance in this event to become the part of international cricket.
